This embellished drawing submitted by Joe Cardoza, is how he remembers
it when PICNIC first showed there (1956?). Joe added the Palm
Trees; Dan Braverman's 41 Chevy (heading
towards Balboa Blvd.) and the big Oak Tree at right which grew
from the Jacobson's property (which was used for parking by the Encino/Birmingham Gang). Hello Kim
